Scourtinerie shade shelters

Founded in 1882, La Scourtinerie de Nyons is unique in France. Formerly used for the traditional extraction of olive oil, these natural fibers of coconut are available today under dishes, placemats, carpets and wonderful shadehouses with a lot of character!

The shades are available in three models and several sizes to be fixed directly on a pergola or suspended with a minimum of 4 attachment points. The airy weave provides subdued, durable, weather-resistant shade.

Model 1: Simple weave to attach to an arbor or pergola. Can also be used as a privacy screen.

Model 2: To be hung, 4 attachment points + reinforcement of ropes crossed diagonally.
To be fixed against the facade of the house and/or to be fixed on posts / trees in the garden.

Model 3: For hanging, 4 attachment points + 1 every meter + rope reinforcement every meter.
As an alternative to ropes, steel cables can be used for this model to easily fully or partially fold down the shade.

Important: note that when you install a model 2 or 3 in suspension, the reinforcement ropes, crossed or squared, must act as support and therefore be placed under the canvas.
Installation instructions will be shipped with each shade.
